You must be over 18 to enter into a tenancy agreement or use our landlord services. By making an enquiry or application, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
All applications and service requests received are subject to acceptance by S&B PROPERTY LETTINGS LTD and we reserve the right to reject any application without giving reasons. In the event of rejection of a paid holding deposit (subject to referencing terms), we will process refunds in accordance with current legislation.
All prices and fees shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) unless otherwise stated. Rent prices are typically exempt from VAT.
For landlord services, orders can normally be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended service commencement date. Please note that once services have been 'assigned' or commenced, cancellation terms within your specific contract will apply.
Our website and office use secure payment systems. However, in some cases, bank-related payment failures may occur. We are unable to process applications or services until valid payment has been received where applicable.
All properties listed are subject to availability and contract. In the event of a property being let or withdrawn, we will endeavor to update our listings immediately. We reserve the right to offer alternative properties of a similar style and value where available.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver services or any delay in doing so if caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, adverse weather, pandemics, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown or systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
